Arrival & access
- No physical key is needed — this is a self check-in.
- Your garage door code is sent by text and email 2–3 days before arrival.
- Use the gate code (included in your arrival message) at the Vivian Park entrance.
- Need an early check-in or late checkout? Text Lowell ahead of time and we'll do our best.
House guidelines
No pets
Service animals only, with owner consent. $500 fine for violations.
No smoking
Inside or outside, anywhere on the property. $500 fine.
No fireplace fires
The fireplace is decorative only. $500 fine.
Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially overnight.
No parties or events
This is a quiet residential canyon community.
Respect maximum occupancy
The home hosts up to 12 guests.
Getting comfortable
Hot tub
Enjoy! After each use, add a scoop of the chlorine granules provided and secure the cover when you're done.
Steam shower
You'll find it in the bunk-room bathroom — controls are on the wall panel inside.
Fire pit
Lighters are in the pantry. Please use the gas fire pit only (no wood fires).
Kitchen
Fully stocked — griddle, waffle maker, crockpot, blender, spices, and a propane grill out back.
Parking
Park one car in the garage and up to six more in the driveway. Please do not park on the street (Fairfax Drive).
Food & delivery
GrubHub and UberEats both deliver to the cabin (about 30–40 minutes, large selection). For empanadas, guests love Arempas. See our Food page for canyon and Provo dining.
Before you go
A few quick things help our cleaning team — thank you!
- Start a load of used towels in the washer.
- Strip the beds you used.
- Load and run the dishwasher.
- Secure the umbrella on the back-patio table.
- Check out by 10:00 AM and make sure doors are locked and the garage is closed.
